Yeah some people it can make high especially if mix with significant amounts of alcohol. For others taking it what it was intended for? Nah. .5mg or 2mg either one has the same effect on me. I'm only functional taking it.
I started out on 2mg twice a day. Now 20 plus years later I take .5mg four times a day. My alcohol consumption is about 6 ounces of wine on rare occasion several times a year at the most. It is one of the fad drug of choice for abusers though especially with alcohol. It's a med that the user needs to respect & understand risk vs benefits before taking it.
