In a letter sent to the U.S. State Department and just filed today with U.S. federal Judge Emmet G. Sullivan, the counsel for Cheryl Mills wrote: “Ms. Mills does not believe that she has paper copies of potential records in her possession. Following our production on August 10, 2015 [of the defense counsel’s version of the electronic records], we have instructed her to delete any and all electronic records in her possession.”

This is why the Clintons never face justice. There’s always someone willing to throw him/herself on the legal grenade for them. This investigation, as all the others, will simply die because of “inconclusive” or “insufficient” evidence. Judge Sullivan, breathing a sigh of relief at not having to face the ire of the Clintons and all that accompanies it, will do nothing in response.
The Clintons are above the laws that apply to ordinary Americans. That’s an unfortunate but undeniable fact in this country. They act with total impunity.

Seems to me that Mills’ lawyer is about to get both a contempt citation and a federal arrest warrant for obstructing justice and the destruction of evidence.
