Jeb Bush booed at RedState Gathering

Erick Erickson who puts on this yearly Red State Gathering in the middle of summer ‘dis-invited’ Donald Trump over his blood comments about Megyn Kelly. So what did the Red State gathering feature today instead of Trump? How about Jeb Bush, who got booed when he tried to push amnesty on the crowd.

Katie PavlichVerified account ‏@KatiePavlich Jeb gets heavily booed multiple times at #RSG15 for comments on illegal immigration

In fact, it was bad for Jeb Bush at the Red State Gathering that host Erick Erickson had to really try and push El Jebo on the crowd.

Kyle Wingfield AJC ✔@kwingfieldajc The way Erick is having to implore the #RSG15 crowd to hear Jeb out says a whole lot about why he's far from a true primary frontrunner.

Jeb Bush booed at RedState Gathering The yearly Red State Gathering is Erick Erickson’s baby.

He can invite and dis-invite whomever he wants. Doesn’t look like dis-inviting Donald Trump really did Erickson or Red State any good. Oh well.

More than 4 months ago, well before there was any mention of him running, I saw D. Trump on TV talking about jobs for Americans and the need for America to start making things, to buy American goods.

I also noted, and I cannot give an exact answer, that he had no use for political correctness that the left pushes on us.

Yep. This is the fact missing from the “mainstream” media discussion.

Jeb cannot win. I truly believe that Bernie Sanders would beat Jeb easily. Most Americans hate the Bushes. Many conservative will not vote for Bush no matter what. But it’s not like independents or “moderates” like him either. They all hate Jeb too.

Only corporate executives like Jeb.

For a pragmatist who believes electability is what counts most, Jebbie has to be counted out, regardless of ideology. Indeed, the worst thing about the debate wasn’t the vile treatment of Trump; it was the absolute failure of any panel member to challenge Jebbie on the horrible uneletability that comes from the incestuous Bush/Clinton relationship.

Is anybody aware that after GW left the WH, his poll numbers were higher than Obama ..??

Don’t anybody try to tell me that GW’s low numbers were not a result of all the DemocRATS constant, drip, drip, drip of negative comments about GW.

And GW’s numbers are still higher than Obama’s.

And .. Rush said yesterday that it was Jeb Bush who was pushing his brother to appoint Roberts to the Supreme Court. In fact, the comment I heard was that Jeb really rode GW about it. And .. with a liberal for a wife, GW didn’t stand a chance.

Axel...The man I want in the White House is Ted Cruz...IMO, he is the only TRUE conservative running...

I speak up for Trump because I think he would do right for the country as well...
Those two are my choice for the presidency...Cruz or Trump...

As far as a “shiny bauble”, I haven’t a clue as to what you are talking about....

There is no reason to defend Dubya. The man was a corrupt stooge who flooded our nation with third world refuse. He wrecked the economy. His Iraq war was an unmitigated disaster. He also put in place the surveillance/police state but INCREASED muslim immigration.

Happy to...Ted Cruz. Hes all of the conservativism that Trump CLAIMS to have and has actually stood on those conservative principles against his own party. For 20 years FReepers have said, “Gah, not another RINO, why cant we get somebody who will actually govern as a conservative and not just oay us lip service when they need our vote.”

So we finally get THAT conservative running and half of this board is smitten with the Kim Kardashian of politics...AND a man who has ZERO eveidence of ever being a conservative prior to his decision to run for office.

I like Cruz and hope he gains traction, but you have to see how Trump is throwing a monkeywrench in Jeb’s amnesty dreams. The GOP would love to bury the issue but they can’t. Changing the narrative from what the DNC/RNC/MSM wants it to be is Trump’s role and even those who see him as a Democrat mole have to like that.
