Fox News Channels On the Record host Greta Van Susteren is giving the impression she thinks RedStates Editor-in-Chief Erick Erickson was hypocritical in his decision to disinvite Donald Trump from the RedState Gathering on Friday.
Van Susteren tweeted:
you have to love the irony of erick erickson disinviting Trump when Erickson has said the worst things about women never dull, huh?

As Breitbart News reported, Trump was scheduled to address the RedState Gathering in Atlanta on Sunday, but Erickson rescinded the GOP candidates invitation. In a tweet on Friday, Erickson said Trumps angry comments about FNC anchor and debate moderator Megyn Kelly were a bridge too far.
Trump did not appreciate Kellys questions to him during the debate Thursday and said so while a guest on CNN Tonight on Friday, when he asserted Kelly had blood coming out of her eyes, blood coming out of her wherever, a comment some interpreted as sexist.
In a follow-up post, Erickson added:
[W]hile Mr. Trump resonates with a lot of people with his bluntness, including me to a degree, there are just real lines of decency a person running for President should not cross.
His comment was inappropriate. It is unfortunate to have to disinvite him. But I just dont want someone on stage who gets a hostile question from a lady and his first inclination is to imply it was hormonal. It just was wrong.
Erickson, who has been a Fox News contributor, then invited Kelly to speak in Trumps place.

Peter: "Nobody calls me a fizzle and gets away with it! Except for that one guy who called me a fizzle and then ran away, he got away with it. But most of the people who call me a fizzle don't get away with it! Actually he was the only guy to ever call me a fizzle, but after today only half the people who have ever called me a fizzle will have gotten away with it!"
I suspect Rush does not have him back to guest host again for a LOOOOOOOOONG time. If ever.
The only time we men ever think about periods:
1) When we are being assaulted by TV ads for feminine hygiene products
2) When a wife, daughter, or some other significant female in our lives is whining, complaining, or warning us that they are hormonal (or using PMS as an excuse for something they’ve already done or said)
I am virtually certain that Megyn Kelly has done the latter over the course of her lifetime.
Just caught his hilarious bible quotes - he was obviously praying to the Lord for all this to pass. Right in the middle of one of his prayers, someone posted a tweet of his: “My wife says that Mary had PMS on the way to Bethlehem and had to ride Joseph all the way in. Ha! Ha!” Nice, huh?
Sometimes women are in genuine discomfort. But I never saw a man at work say or even infer that a woman was hormonal.
Yeh I saw that. Erickson is a real dipstick.
not the first time

Fox News has another Republican debate in January. I vote Greta gets to monitor it
Just wrote to Rush again about not letting Erick Erickson sub for him.
And Katie Pavlich and Mary Katherine Ham, two Fox contributors, put Erickson up to whole disinviting thing at RedState.
I am very disappointed in them, put glad they have been unmasked.
Look, I think Erickson’s niche is being a shock political pundit and using non-PC humor, and more power to him
I get it
What I DON’T get is Erickson (of all people) pulling a “church lady” act regarding a misinterpreted misquoted out of context interview quote by Donald Trump
In fairness to Rush, at one time Chris Matthews guest hosted for him. I don’t think it’s always his call.
No, we would not do a thing like that.
Generally we’re on the receiving end at home.
I will be shocked if this E.E. clown ever guest hosts the Limbaugh Show again.
As long as Erickson's been outed as a RINO and CINO, that's enough.
If she ain't my wife, it ain't my problem.
Pavich is off my scope based on her childish hyperventilating comments about Trump on twitter
obviously another of the Jebster’s handmaidens
Aren’t there any women under 40 (or 50) who are rational and don’t emote with each other through their vaginas?
Except for the unfairness of MK getting all the face time again, I’d like to see the face-off between them a second time.
LOL! to your last line.
And I just thought I was hearing things all the time......
Wait for the fireworks when NBC and Telemundo sponsor the Republican debate on Feb 26 of next year
ah but they all think it
It comes from living with mothers and sisters - and fathers who told them “Don’t argue with her when she’s
‘like this’ “
I heard comments (half joking but not) arguments why women shouldn’t serve in the military because of PMS- they might launch an nuclear war or something
and then, there are the women who play this up
“Can’t come to work today, gotta leave early, got cramps...”
