I would treat debate questions like a job interview questions. Keep the personal stuff out, focus on the issues related to the job.

I generally agree with your comment, but just about every job interview I’ve ever been on has had some inquiry as to how I get along with/treat other people, and has asked me about how I’ve handled conflicts with others in previous jobs.
I never really liked her program before. Her format was too sensational and her grilling of guests bordered on the insane. When she grilled VP Cheney a few months ago and all but said he was lying about WMDs and needed to apologize I was done with her Rachel Madcow impersonation. I refuse to watch her program. I am not alone.

The whole debacle is that FNC’s ‘top 3 reporters’ going down together, because of course they all supported one another. Not just Kelly get a hit.
Oh well, guess I can only stomach Cavuto from time to time now.

It was an inquisition.
She has not one bit of background in journalism and was hired by Roger Ailes because he likes her looks. Leggy young blondes have no problem getting hired anywhere, experience not necessary. I would be willing to bet that 90% of the women on Fox are blondes, mostly bleach blondes. Outnumbered should be called The Legs.
