Hillary Clinton is going to prison–or would be, if she were an ordinary person. The FBI has reportedly taken possession of the emails on her home computer server, according to U.S. officials cited by the Associated Press.

From what I’ve read this morning, it isn’t exactly like headlines imply. The “drive” being discussed is a thumb drive of copies of some emails her lawyer has or controls. The lawyer will be turning it over to the FBI.
As far as I can see, they’re still dancing around on this like they’re on egg shells. I don’t think the actual email server has been seized or Clinton and her lawyers are going to turn them over. FBI will have to raid wherever it is with a warrant.
Hasn’t happened yet that I can determine.
......Um.......MAYBE.......do not tell that to Bernie Sanders, he has caught up if not ahead of her. He gets crowds she can only dream of.
I had thought her server was destroyed. ( By hearing Rush and Sean) Does she have a new server or is this her first and only?
If Obama wanted to destroy her, he would pardon her, right now.
The claim was her server was “wiped clean”. It is possible that someone who does not wish to go to prison backed it up on a thumb drive first and gave it to her lawyer.
Obama may be paying off a grudge.
If a big meteor were to hit Washington DC, America would be a better place. It’s become a den of vipers.

Poetic Justice,Hillary does her usual act of delay and obfuscation with the help of Obama’s administration,they delay Justice,a Republican wins the Presidential election,appoints Trey Gowdy Attorney General,prosecutes Hillary,she goes to prison for 10 years!
She should have gone to prison for her part in numerous murders over the years. She should be 15 years into her life term already.
She deleted all the emails she didn’t want read. This fight is over what was left after she scrubbed it. She’ll give in, the press will breathlessly describe how she gave the FBI “everything”, and she’ll be declared innocent of everything except making a few “mistakes” with emails that weren’t clearly marked at the time. All a tempest in a teapot.
She’s already scrubbed a server that was under subpoena. This battle is meaningless.
Theodore Roosevelt once famously said, "No man is above the law..." I assume he meant women as well. Unfortunately, he'd be rolling over in his grave today if were aware of what's going on in law enforcement and the courts. The criminal legal process has become much too politicized, the trend accelerated whenever and wherever the left has power.
Guys like Dinesh D'Souza and Scooter Libby go to jail on the most petty of charges, but if you're a prominent Democrat like HRC, it really has to be something incredibly huge to get convicted and sentenced. Want proof? Charlie Rangel is still in Congress!
Same server, just ALL cleaned up. These things can take a while.
