Clinton Had Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information on Her Private Email Server
CNS News ^ | 08/11/15 | Terence P. Jeffrey

Following receipt today of a memorandum from Intelligence Community Inspector General Charles McCullough stating that two of the forty emails his office had been allowed to review from former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s private email server contained information that was classified at the Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information level, Senate Judiciary Chairman Charles Grassley (R.-Iowa) released a copy of the IG’s memo and a statement.

“The congressional notification provided by the Intelligence Community Inspector General said more specifically that two of the four emails that the office had previously described as ‘above Secret’ were, in fact, classified at the Top Secret/SCI level,” Grassley’s statement said.

The Judiciary chairman posted a copy of the IG’s memo—without the attached emails—on his Senate website.

“These emails, attached hereto, have been properly marked by IC classification officials, and include information classified up to ‘TOP SECRET//SI/TK/NOFORN,’” said the IC IG’s cover memo to a group of 17 members of Congress that included the chairmen and ranking members of the House and Senate intelligence committees.

In a previous memo sent July 23 to DNI James Clapper and the chairmen and ranking members of the congressional intelligence committees, IC IG McCullough had said that his office had only been allowed by the State Department to review a “limited sampling of 40” of the 30,000 State Department emails that had been on Clinton’s private server.

This is a non-classified part of my prior work, and yes, it it totally open.

The descriptors and source identifiers are usually open, the data is not.

For example, “A confirmed highly-placed foreign national with known access to this information, who has given us confirmed information in the past told us the following” is not classified.

The next sentence most certainly would be.

The descriptors are open, the translation to a code word is not. You know this from “open sources” right?

1. If the information was marked classified, who removed the original markings? If the information was not marked, who handled the information and didn't properly mark it? Either way, for information this sensitive, someone has committed a serious crime.

2. Who transferred this information outside its original, closed environment to an open network? That is also a serious crime.

3. Even if the information is not properly marked, mishandling classified information is a serious offense. The highly sensitive nature of this information increases the seriousness.

If it were Hillary Smith, she'd be in jail waiting for a court date.

If Hillary Clinton let them have anything (without having to pry it from her fingers or dig the ashes out of a fire pit) then it’s because she has done something worse, and she’s buying time or hoping to obscure.

Good question?

For the most part I think you are correct. Although I doubt there will be any mention of that.

QUESTIONER:
Uh, welcome to the Grand Jury, Mrs. Clinton. How are you?

MRS. CLINTON:
I’m sorry. I don’t recall.

QUESTIONER:
How’s the book tour?

MRS. CLINTON:
I’m sorry, I don’t recall.

QUESTIONER:
Uh, well let’s get started.
[singing]
Try to remember when you were a member
Of Rose Lawfirm and worked Whitewater.

MRS. CLINTON:
[singing]
I don’t remember that big money launder.
I was, um, baking cookies for my daughter.

QUESTIONER:
But Mrs. Clinton,
[singing]
Don’t you remember that illegal tender
And your shady friend that McDougal fellow?

MRS. CLINTON:
I’m sorry,
[singing]
I can’t remember; my brain’s in a blender.
It’s Jell-o!

QUESTIONER:
Ha ha, that’s pretty good.

MRS. CLINTON:
Could we get on with this, please? I, I have to get back to my book tour.

QUESTIONER:
Okay, Mrs. Clinton, try to remember—and don’t blame your gender—
[singing]
For missing all this high corruption.

MRS. CLINTON:
Well, excuse me,
[singing]
I don’t remember—and don’t blame my gender.
I’m not just some bimbo erruption.

QUESTIONER:
Uh uh, well, no, I didn’t mean to imply that, but, but,

[singing]
Come next November your Bill the big spender
Could come to his end for this peccadillo.

MRS. CLINTON:
Well, I don’t think so, because
[singing]
I can’t remember; my brain’s in a blender.
It’s Jell-o! [”Jell-o” echoing four times]

QUESTIONER:
Uh, are you getting tired? Would you like to recess?

MRS. CLINTON:
I’m sorry, I don’t recall.

QUESTIONER:
[quickly]
Who’s president of the United States?

MRS. CLINTON:
Uh, I’m not sure I can remember that.

QUESTIONER:
This is very troubling.

MRS. CLINTON:
Well, pardon me.

QUESTIONER:
Oh, your husband could do that.

I just think the average person is not going to realize how serious this is, and we who know can’t communicate why.

All we can say it is very bad and literally billions of dollars were flushed down the toilet.

It’s only a matter of time when she distances herself from Mrs. Wiener, who resigns from the campaign staff.
