The top secret email in question included imagery of some kind. It is not possible to not know that such is top secret. And, if you’ve ever been involved in the community at all, you know that you are responsible for material that you come across and events that you are involved in as classified until someone says it isn’t.
Wouldn’t it be funny if Sid Blumenthal had copies of that satellite imagery? Especially if it was satellite photos of Libya.
if you see any of those acronyms there, you know it is classified and not merely an unclassified document. unclassified documents declare they are. one cannot make classified documents unclasified by just putting an unclas tag enveloping the existing document.
