2. Only well established citizens. 10+ years as a citizen.
3. Only upon passing with a GPA average of 3.5 and obtaining a degree in a classic scientific field I.E physics, chemistry, math, Biology and an engineering discipline.
She really does not need to explain. Just the fact that she threw the proverbial carrot out there she is enticing all those young freeloaders to throw a vote or two her way. Republicans don’t need to challenge her, but show the government can’t do what she is promising. That is to destroy the carrot notion. Persuasion tha the GOPe is weak at doing.
