This is one, if not the biggest issue facing America which directly affects nearly every single issue we have domestically.

Yep and Trump is damn serious about it.

That is totally, stupendously false.

Shame on you for deliberately deceiving the low-information fools.

He'll push to repeal the 14th?
The drafters of the 14th amendment had no intention of conferring citizenship on the children of aliens who happened to be born in the U.S. (For my younger readers, back in those days, people cleaned their own houses and raised their own kids.)

*Snip*

The very author of the citizenship clause, Sen. Jacob Howard of Michigan, expressly said: “This will not, of course, include persons born in the United States who are foreigners, aliens, who belong to the families of ambassadors or foreign ministers.”

Trump won't back down.

Make America Great Again!

And the Communist, MSM, Professional politicians, influence peddlers, Mexico, and the well connected DC insiders hate Trump for it.

Remember, government thrives off illegals. At all levels. They use it as an excuse to grow that evil empire and allows them to control more easily.

They couldn't care less if it's undermining and compromising our very electoral process.

Amnesty, Amnesty, amnesty!

This we cannot tolerate, and the very liberal TRump will try to pull it off, because his hotels would not be profitable employing legals.

..."it’s stepping on a lot of powerful toes"... The toes are the illegals and legals already here...We will see with certainty tens of thousands in the streets as they did before...this was just in LA. alone.

pass a law which would require CEO of any outfit found to employ illegals 1 year MANDATORY prison time, for EACH employed illegal. The outfits would include for profit & non-profit.

The flights to Mexico city will be over-subscribed immediately. Airfare Paid by illegals themselves. Won’t cost tax payers one red cent.

Birthright citizenship simply does not exist.

It does in our laws and there are millions of people who have gained citizenship this way. They exist.

Birthright citizenship goes back at least to the 1840s:

“In Lynch v. Clarke, (1 Sand. Ch. R. 583,) the question was precisely as here, whether a child born in the city of New York of alien parents, during their temporary sojourn there, was a native born citizen or an alien; and the conclusion was, that being born within the dominion and allegiance of the United States, he was a native born citizen, whatever was the situation of the parents at the time of the birth.”

The facts in the case? “The defendant, Julia Lynch, was born in the City of New York in 1819, of alien parents [British subjects domiciled in Ireland], during their temporary sojourn [1815-1819] in that city. She returned with them the same year, to their native country, and always resided there afterwards.”

During their time in the US, the parents regularly expressed the desire to return to Ireland. She was a few months old when they did so, permanently. Yet the case concluded she was a natural born citizen.

See http://tesibria.typepad.com/whats_your_evidence/Lynch_v_Clarke_1844_ocr.pdf for the case.

The 14th specifically prohibits birthright citizenship.

It requires parents to be here legally for the child to have a right to claim citizenship.

Cruz is outstanding candidate. However if Trump drops out, Bush will beat Cruz like a drum with his money advantage and GOPe help, and Bush will be your nominee. I am ready to bet half of my social security check on that.

...”Deporting All Of America’s Illegal Immigrants Would Cost A Whopping $285 Billion”....

That is substantially less then what it’s costing us in medical, prison terms, welfare benefits, job loss to Americans etc. etc. etc.

The United States should provide billions of dollars to help Central American nations curb the flow of illegal migrants

I think "Trumps Wall" will do exactly that, and at no cost. The Mexican government will do the rest.

illegal migrants

At least this guy coined a new, proper and more descriptive term for the wetbacks.

“Mandatory deportation” for “criminal illegals” is a qualifier

No qualifiers in item #2, or in what he told Chuck Todd on Meet The Press "They must go."

2. A nation without laws is not a nation. Laws passed in accordance with our Constitutional system of government must be enforced.

And criminal aliens were addressed separately in case some nations refused to take their citizens back.

All criminal aliens must be returned to their home countries, a process which can be aided by canceling any visas to foreign countries which will not accept their own criminals, and making it a separate and additional crime to commit an offense while here illegally.

You are determined to not believe what you are seeing.
