You ready? Here’s how you do it!

1. Enforce E-verify. If you provide and invalid SSN, you immediately have ICE alerted and cannot reapply until local police clear you through documentation.

2. Send out letters to every individual receiving welfare. Tell them their money will be canceled unless they can provide documentation that they are a US citizen (SSN, birth certificate, etc.).

It’s just that simple - insurance companies do #2 all the time to make sure their claims are in order.
