Meltdown Day 2: Rick Wilson Asks Ann Coulter If Donald Trump ‘Pays More for Anal’
Breitbart.com ^ | 18 Aug 2015 | John Nolte

Posted on 08/18/2015 12:45:51 PM PDT by Rockitz

Tuesday afternoon, Rick Wilson, a top Republican consultant who sometimes appears on CNN as an analyst, sent a tweet to conservative author and columnist Ann Coulter asking if Donald Trump pays her extra for anal sex. “Does Trump pay you more for anal?” Wilson tweeted.

Apparently Wilson was responding to Coulter tweeting out a Breitbart News article from Monday detailing his bizarre decision to politicize a rape threat Wilson claims was made against his daughter.

....

Friday on CNN, Wilson attacked 25% of the Republican base as “low information voters.” Just two days later he publicly politicized the rape threat against his daughter. Twenty-four hours after that he’s publicly accusing Coulter of being a prostitute.

I think you need to actually read what I said. Or what I've been saying for the two months Trump has been in the race. I only included you in the ping because SOC did. I know nothing about you, you know nothing about me.

Let's leave it there until you can get the grace to apologize for misreading or not reading what I said.

LAKE: I hear ya.....fully understand where you’re coming from...and without a doubt - we’ve never ever seen anything quite like this before. Newt broke some of this ground four years ago, but this is a whole new level.

And much of it’s good.VERY VERY GOOD. If he’s nominated, I’’ll vote for him as often as they let me....but he’s still a reflexive liberal....and still.....YET TO MENTION limited government or the Constitution. That’s problematic. We’re likely to find out a lot of his bluster on immigration is just that, and we may buy that at a severe price of putting a reflexive liberal in the Oval.

Coulter may laugh, but this guy is going to get soundly blasted by Coulter.

Hmmm? I wonder if George Will and Sour Kraut would find this kind of talk “vulgar”?

I've got the same misgivings about Trump I had since he announced. You know I'm not a fan boi pajama clad coffee drinking groupie.

I agree with your post fully, there are problems with him from a lot of his past positions.

His policy paper on illegals is a huge game changer for me (it is for the vast majority of conservatives), and in spite of a certain poster's misreadings and mischaracterizations of what I have been saying, it's far more bold than Cruz on the issue, it's a ten on the political Richter Scale. It makes all of the rest appear timid (sadly our favorite candidate as well). It was also totally correct, timely, and if I may say so without being charged with believing in unicorns, it was brilliant.

“total lack of understanding of what is going on and why”

You walk into the room with your pencil in your hand
You see somebody naked and you say, “Who is that man?”
You try so hard but you don’t understand
Just what you will say when you get home
Because something is happening here but you don’t know what it is
Do you, Mr. Jones?

You raise up your head and you ask, “Is this where it is?”
And somebody points to you and says, “It’s his”
And you say, “What’s mine?” and somebody else says, “Well, what is?”
And you say, “Oh my God, am I here all alone?”
But something is happening and you don’t know what it is
Do you, Mr. Jones?

You hand in your ticket and you go watch the geek
Who immediately walks up to you when he hears you speak
And says, “How does it feel to be such a freak?”
And you say, “Impossible!” as he hands you a bone
And something is happening here but you don’t know what it is
Do you, Mr. Jones?

You have many contacts among the lumberjacks
To get you facts when someone attacks your imagination
But nobody has any respect, anyway they already expect you to all give a check
To tax-deductible charity organizations

Ah, you’ve been with the professors and they’ve all liked your looks
With great lawyers you have discussed lepers and crooks
You’ve been through all of F. Scott Fitzgerald’s books
You’re very well-read, it’s well-known
But something is happening here and you don’t know what it is
Do you, Mr. Jones?

Well, the sword swallower, he comes up to you and then he kneels
He crosses himself and then he clicks his high heels
And without further notice, he asks you how it feels
And he says, “Here is your throat back, thanks for the loan”
And you know something is happening but you don’t know what it is
Do you, Mr. Jones?

Now, you see this one-eyed midget shouting the word “Now”
And you say, “For what reason?” and he says, “How”
And you say, “What does this mean?” and he screams back, “You’re a cow!
Give me some milk or else go home”
And you know something’s happening but you don’t know what it is
Do you, Mr. Jones?

Well, you walk into the room like a camel, and then you frown
You put your eyes in your pocket and your nose on the ground
There ought to be a law against you comin’ around
You should be made to wear earphones
‘Cause something is happening and you don’t know what it is
Do you, Mr. Jones?

I think you and I are in accord - other than the fact you’ve softened on Trump more than I have. I would like to know what you love the most about the illegal immigration plan, and where you think it’s bolder than Cruz?

Anchor babies. It's the biggest draw. It's the biggest mistake we've made as a nation besides half of us voting for the democrat vision of life.

He's also highlighted the violence and criminal activity they are bringing, as well as a stronger position on H1 visas.

Okay, that’s not what I predicted you would say - but I agree 100% on anchor babies, and it shows how pussified our politics on the right has become over the years (thank you establishment) that no one’s made this a big issue before now. There are Constitutional challenges to the anchor baby program, but this is issue that must be addressed. It can be done.

I think the violence and criminal activity issue is a bit over blown, but damn, it’s touched a nerve. The Steinle murder was tragic, but so well timed for Trump politically.

My main problem with Trump’s plan is that: A: it is comprehensive and the border should be a stand alone issue, period, as a first step, and without waiting until we noodle around with all the other stuff and B: his deportation ideas are not only changing daily, but his latest written plan is not workable and muddy. Just not gonna happen.

But he’s brought this issue to the fore like no one else.

... we’ve never ever seen anything quite like this before.

How true. And not only Trump, but his 'ardent supporters'. This could not have been predicted. American Idol elects a President. It is a perfect storm. This is the level of disgust that the gOpee has unleashed. Trump has a reflexive liberal history that rivals Romney in many ways, but Trump gets a pass.

I think it is because anything that smacks of the same old/same old Establishment Uniparty in DC is vomit-inducing to at least a third of the base. This base wants to fundamentally transform the status quo. And Trump is the clear anti-Establishment candidate who would do exactly that. So people have jumped on board and are taking a chance that he'll be more conservative if elected. And I honestly believe most of those choosing Trump in these early polls are not the ardent version, but the reasonable ones who do want to send a message to the gOpee that they want them blown up. No more Kabuki Theatre. No more 'show votes'. No more appeasement.

But I also see many people losing their heads (3 versions) over Trump and marvel at it, can't explain it ...

1) gOpee leaders and their consultants like Rick Wilson and Frank Luntz (hilarity ensues);

2) FR ardent supporters who liken Donald to Reagan, Churchill, Batman, Jesus(?!) (C'mon Man!); and

3) and the FReepers who overreact to the FReepers in category #2. Relax. The cream will rise to the top. It is a marathon, not a sprint. Cruz will win if he makes his case in his way. And if not ... President Trump would be infinitely better than Jeb or Hillary.

Very good article that touches on much of this ... Politics of personality – Trump, Obama, Hillary

Trump is a "personality" and therefore has some similarities to candidates like that. However, there is also substance and accomplishment. And as CEW has pointed out, nowadays the POTUS is more about vision and leadership and getting out of the way of those who will execute the plan you set.

Ted Cruz is my guy, but I am not fearful of a pissed-off and fed-up base electing Trump instead.

I agree with your entire post, and you're right, it's a perfect storm of all those factors. Throw Trump's personality into it, and you have dry brittle kindling to which Trump is the match. BANG. Oh, speaking of Frank Luntz: I called this clown out in my book and in this April 2013 article....

Batman, he's Batman, for sure.....

:-)

Hyperbole is not uncommon here, and there is often as much adulation and fanboi stuff for Cruz as for Trump here. He might not have been called Batman, but he's been called all the other superlative names. Lots of Cruz supporters are way over the top, but that doesn't make me think less of him.

As to my statement that Donald was comparable to Churchill, it was pretty good, here it is:

I understand not trusting him, but it is possible we have a personally flawed man as our candidate that is like a Churchill, equally flawed, but in his unique way perfect for that time.

Quite appropriate frankly, and it may not be damning with faint praise, but it sure ain't a ringing endorsement to call a cadidate deeply flawed while appreciating what he's done during this time.

Just curious, but does Wilson actually work for Jeb Bush? If so, shouldn’t Bush be called on to condemn this attack on Coulter and Trump?

Yeah, I think 'Cat' has been on the front lines of battling the fanboi's for so long, she's a hammer and everything else looks or smells like a nail, if she sniffs what she perceives as Trump worship.

She likes the fight and is 'reflexively' ready to do so at all times. But, this Warrior Princess has her heart in the right place (even if she might lose her mind at times).

Wilson defended Bush on several questions and, unprompted, said: “I don’t work for Jeb Bush, and I’m not here to advocate specifically for him.”

Yeah, right, Rick.

Well, if you only included me because of SOC, why’d you address me in your second paragraph?

If I owe someone an apology, I have no problem giving it. I don’t see that I owe you one, however. I posted on the sole basis of the “oooohhhh, Trump is awesome” material in your post.

It isn’t about personalities and you’re being too dramatic.

Is this a friendly way of saying "chill", LOL?

I will admit I'm thoroughly sick of the worship and fangirling. It's just so crushingly and embarrassingly unseemly for conservatives. Brains are off, emotions on.
