Seems like that would provide a more consistent revenue stream for PP than the taking advantage of random “unfortunate girls” appearing on their doorsteps.

No. It sounds like our culture. It's what we do to harvest organs to transplant.

Once the heart and lungs stop it's too late to harvest them. That's why the patient must be kept on a respirator until the organs are cut out of them - oops, harvesting sounds so much better.

Is this really happening? The Greatest Generation didn’t defeat the Nazis so that things like this would happen in their own country.

I know things have gotten bad in the past decade, but this has to be nothing more than a rumor. I’m saying that partly because I can’t imagine people doing things like this and because I don’t want it to be true. It’s too evil to contemplate.
