Seems to me that there is a symbiotic relationship developing. The article doesn’t mention this, but I think Trump is the second choice for some Cruz supporters.
Santorum would be my 2nd choice, but there’s no point in wasting a vote on someone not even in the top 10, so my de facto 2nd would be Trump. It’s a weak field if you’re looking for solid conservative values.
