If conservatives fought as dirty as Obama and the liberals you’d be surprised at how much progress we could make. I don’t think Trump would hesitate to gut the liberals to get his way.

We have never fought back. I bet liberals would not know what to do.

Some historical perspective.

But every word wasted in these futile and asinine attacks against birthright citizenship makes it less likely that the fence will ever get built.

BS, there is a thriving anchor baby tourism industry along the west coast and in some other areas. And temporary workers and foreign students also give birth in the US.

Birthright citizenship as allowed in the US is idiocy and should be made illegal. This nation is certainly capable of securing the border and making other improvements in immigration enforcement during the same time frames.

Good luck to that. You do know your life insurance is void if you engage in acts of civil insurrection correct?

Maybe we should go ahead and try a nonviolent legal recourse first like electing a hawk on border security like Cruz or Trump and passing laws or writing XO’s and denying the court the ability to review them.

Maybe we should try that before we go off all postal crazy. OK?

Also nice attitude. I am sure with attitudes like that you are the life of the party. .

Oy vey!

They are subject to the jurisdiction of Mexico or Guatemala or wherever they came from. That is, I believe, Trumps position and mine as well.

I believe you are correct. As usual, O'Reilly is wrong.

I think O’Reilly is trying to impress his liberal media colleagues or he is simply unprepared and uninformed. I am seeing a media that simply cannot keep up with how fast Trump is moving.

If Trump/Cruz announce an alliance even before the primaries they will have won the primaries and made all the vote counting irrelevant.

Laws are only retroactive if they are written that way.

No one is suggesting that those children who are already born here to illegals be stripped of their citizenship. They are free to go back with their parents and return here after their 21 birthday, or their parents can leave them and give up custody at which point they can either be adopted, sent to foster care or put in an orphanage until they reach the age of maturity.

Also, the Republicans control both houses of Congress and don’t need any help in passing legislation. With the problems the Dems are having with their primary and the lack of excitement for anyone but a old communist hippie it is highly likely that they will only increase their numbers in the next election.

They can do the same thing Reid did to pass Obamacare.

Ah, but it’s a slippery slope I can finally enjoy! Was there ever any doubt that Obama was/is not a U. S. citizen? But you’re expecting the Dems to be consistent and logical. They’ll deny it applies to The One, but watch how fast they’ll pull that “natural born citizen” chestnut out when Cruz is the nominee. (I’m almost not worried because I want him in the Court for life—eight years sooner if he doesn’t get the GOP nomination.)

I predict that Trump would fight dirty. I know he does in business. I know that Cruz will fight dirty and take it alone if need be. He already has.

If Trump/Cruz start fighting dirty as a team the liberals will fold like cheap suits. They have never had to fight brutal attacks. It would be so delicious to watch.

“The Art of the Possible” (from Evita) comes to mind. Not the best association—have to give myself a time-out.

Trump is drawing millions from Women, Labor — Blacks, Hispanics, Independente and he has not event started paid media. He will swamp local media. This is so great!!

It was created by a bunch of buffoons in black robes while they were hittin’ da happy smoke.

More specifically, it was Justice Brennan who, in a footnote in a 5–4 decision in Plyler v. Doe, asserted that “no plausible distinction” could be drawn “between resident aliens whose entry into the United States was lawful, and resident aliens whose entry was unlawful.” His only authority for there being no “plausible distinction” between the children of legal immigrants and illegal aliens was a 1912 book written by Clement L. Bouvé. Bouvé was not a senator, an elected official, or even a judge. He was just a lawyer who wrote a book , A Treatise on the Laws Governing the Exclusion and Expulsion of Aliens in the United States on the subject. Thus there was no legal authority cited for the ruling.

As I said there are a few articles floating that Trump/Cruz have had 5 meetings and may announce joint campaigning. Imagine the buzz that would get. More important though is that those two now control 35-40% of the primary voters. If that were to hold or increase, the primaries are over before they start because that block of 35-40% of primary voters would ensure they would win since no other candidate could come close to that.

Trump is moving so fast that you can see his plan to win!!!!

“If you are born here you are a citizen.”

Nope. Not subject to our jurisdiction. Read the 14th Amendment. It was not meant as a means to invade the USA.

Back in 1912 there was not much regulation for using cocaine or marijuana. Could we assume the Chief Justice was high and had no idea what he was saying?
