I live in a suburb of Rochester and this is exceptional only because three were shot on the same night.
Unbeknownst to most is that Rochester is the per capita murder capitol of NY State.

Back in the day, the city was one of the nicest in the country.
But ever since the 1964 riots ... oops, I mean "up rising" ... it's become a real friggin' toilet.

I'm 70 plus. Born and raised in Rochester. It was a gem.

Now, it's a hell hole.

HS graduation rate...less than 50%. Can't even imagine.
