I think Trump already figured he had the nomination after the GOP debate. He hasn’t agreed to joint campaign with Ted Cruz without thinking he can win, and then win the presidency.

I initially thought this thing was stunt or show. You know, I think the guy wants to be president. He’s accomplished most everything else. He’s got the EGO to be president. I think he wants the job.
