Absolutely not. Anybody can get momentarily distracted. But texting, applying makeup while driving, driving too close, or speeding are in a different category. Those are all reckless behaviors.
I don’t know the details of this tragedy. I am simply agreeing that sometimes accidents occur. And that they are not always crimes. Jenner is not too popular on FR, for obvious reasons. But assuming his guilt because one don’t like him is not just.
I am assuming nothing and would hold anyone up as guilty; nothing to do with who it is.
