Court says Clinton emails broke ‘government policy’
The Washington Times ^ | August 20, 2015 | Stephan Dinan

A federal judge said Thursday that former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton’s unique email arrangement broke “government policy” and prodded the department to talk to the FBI about getting a look at the computer server and flash drives used to store her emails.

Judge Emmet G. Sullivan was surprised the State Department hadn’t even made that request, and poked at the administration’s claim that the FBI needed to be left alone to conduct its investigation.

Court says Clinton emails broke ‘government policy’

See how they worded that?

It wasn't the emails that broke policy, it was the person sending or receiving them!

That Federal Judge isn’t dragging his feet. This is going to come to a tipping point and Hitlery should tip off the cliff with or without DOJ covering her sorry azz.

broke government policy

Help me out here. If someone breaks government policy to the point where a court is called in, isn't that called "committing a crime" or "doing something illegal"? I mean, if she just broke government policy on making regular coffee in the decaf pot, we wouldn't need a court pronouncing judgment on it.

You are correct.

What Hillary did with her private server setup was against government policy. That’s what the Judge said and he is correct. And Hillary is claiming the opposite.

Hillary is wrong. The judge is right.

Ed Henry: Pay attention to this. Talk about it. Report about it. Don’t let Hillary off the hook on this issue. What she did was in violation of government policy.

“See how they worded that?”

I wonder if the judge worded it that way due to the ongoing investigation? As a judge, wouldn’t he be inserting himself if he “implied” Hillary sent or received emails? I don’t have a clue, that’s why I’m asking. He could possibly be removed from the case as judge if he appears to take sides?

Nope, breaking policy is not breaking the law. Breaking policy subjects you to internal discipline up to termination. Breaking LAW sends you to prison.

Just watch, they will say she broke some policies, but didn’t quite break the law.

I would think breaking government policy wouldn’t be much different than breaking the law but I’m no expert.

All in all, the Clintonistas got a pretty good ride while they were atop the crest of the wave.

But as waves approach shore, the break has to come sometime, and it results in a “wipe-out”. Great for a Flintstone cartoon, but in real life, sometimes much more drastic.

Is this what we are seeing? Or are there sharks in the water too?

Maybe the next event could be “jumping the shark”.

broke “government policy”

This is a much much lower violation than what has happened. This suggests she should be fired.

She broke the law.
She broke serious laws.
She committed felonies.
