The federal judge handling the Freedom of Information Act lawsuit filed by Judicial Watch said Thursday that Hillary Clinton violated government policy by using a private email server. He also ordered the State Department to confer with the FBI and Department of Justice to find out if those agencies had recovered any additional Clinton emails from the server and a thumb drive that was turned over by her attorney earlier this month.

“We wouldn’t be here today if this employee had followed government policy,” U.S. District Court judge Emmet Sullivan said in court on Thursday, according to Politico.

Sullivan has grown increasingly testy with the lawyers for the federal government over its failure to provide timely answers to questions about the off-the-books email system used by Clinton and several of her top aides.

Nixon resigned over 18 1/2 minutes of blank tape. Hillary deleted 30,000 emails.

Violations of government policy are punished by government. Violators of US Code are punished by courts. Get on the right trail, Judge.

On June 16, 1994, Judge Sullivan was appointed by President William J. Clinton to serve as United States District Judge for the District of Columbia.

Oh oh. Bill, there's going to be Hell to pay when she gets home.

Let’s say the use of a private server to conduct the highest level of of classified communication was an egregious violation of even the most obvious communications policy of the government for sensitive documents. In short, it was treasonous.

I don’t see how it is possible for Hillary to be the democrat nominee. I just can’t figure out who they readying behind the scenes, or what they will require of the candidate, to be appointed.

I think the judge means law, not policy.

It’s a very real possibility. Have you seen GOP leadership lift a finger to fight anybody in the administration, bureaucrats included for methodically and consistently obstructing justice, breaking laws and just out right thuggery?

Mr. Bill Whittle mentions the private server (after 1:40) in the video referenced below and notes that federal policy prohibits Clinton from holding public office as a consequence.
THE CRIMINAL ARROGANCE OF HILLARY CLINTON

Am I understanding Mr. Whittle correctly?

“Have you seen GOP leadership lift a finger to fight anybody in the administration...”

That would certainly be true if if were left up to the GOP leadership, but she will have to face the voters.
