While I’m not thrilled with the Ted Cruz increase in H1b visas I do know that he ties it to enforcement of existing laws requiring that Americans be hired first.

A fact that is conveniently cast aside by the anti-Cruz hair burners.

I wish I could find the speech Cruz gave about his increase on the floor of the senate. I remember him listing stipulations and noting that the democrats would likely reject them.

Please document where Cruz has tied increases in salaries for H1b visa holders and enforcement of laws Americans must be hired first. And how enforce?
