We use CVS exclusively after they bought Longs. We’ve been very happy w our local stores. Good auto refills; good communications; they talk to the doc to get scripts refilled; friendly and accurate people. Haven’t had any sort of problem w Longs or CVS in 30 years. That’s a darn good track record, better than almost any other establishment.
Have you used multiple locations of CVS?
Long’s was great across the board. Some Walgreen’s are good. Some Targets are good. And by your account at least some CVS are good (not my experience re:CVS but that’s probably location driven).
Obviously this person got a bad pharmacist and needs to contact corporate as well as the state board
