Mystery solved!
Thousands of Iowans checking their mailboxes late last week were greeted by a photo of a smiling Jeb Bush on the back of a flier touting the former Florida governor and 2016 Republican presidential hopeful’s conservative bona fides.

Online observers quickly pointed out that Bush’s left hand appeared to be black.

Even if it was a shadow (which it was not) someone should have caught and corrected it! It really is inexcusable. And it's just more evidence of the idiocy of Jeb's whole campaign. Even the student editor of a 8th grade newsletter would have caught an error like that.

So you come out and say “our graphic department is composed of volunteer or poorly trained or inexperience staff. We apologize to Mr Bush blah blah blah. But to lie and say it was a shadow. Cover up is worse than admittance of mistake
