Immigrant rights advocates are cheering a federal judge’s ruling that says illegal immigrant families fleeing violence in Central America must be processed quickly and released into the U.S., though the court order leaves room for many of them to be detained.
Judge Dolly M. Gee, ruling late Friday, limited the Homeland Security Department’s ability to hold women and children who cross the border unlawfully as a family. Under a 1997 court settlement, Judge Gee said, the children must be released in short order and placed with family — and that often means releasing the mothers so they can care for their children.
But the judge seemed to push back an earlier ruling. She said there are exceptions, such as border surges, that give agents more flexibility in the length of time they can hold illegal immigrants and what kinds of facilities they can use.

I agree - release them quickly. Right across the border.
Trump is right.
Rulings like this only add more voters to the Trump camp. The establishment has no clue the level of anger in the American electorate, or if they do, they refuse to acknowledge it.

You see where the judicial will go with immigration for many years to come. There’s not much that the executive can really do about that.
Starting with border security and legislating against unnecessarily hiring visitors and illegals might make more sense. They come for the money. But when enough distracting noise is made in politics, most people don’t see that.
Keep it up judge. You’re just giving the current movement to secure the borders that much more momentum.
Q. Since they were fleeing Violence in Central America, where Americans are retiring to(?), why didn’t they just stop in Mexico?
A. Because the Mexican Government let them go through their Country to get to the United States. They wouldn’t allow them to stay in Mexico.

This is simple. We do not find a basis in fact that they are fleeing violence as they had prior fled into a country( Mexico) where that threat was eliminated. If they continue on to the USA it is proof that they are lying as a pretense for their economic migration and thus should be treated as any other illegal aliens
Of course they hail the ruling. They need to infiltrate quickly before Trump turns the gravy train off.
Or release them into Dolly’s custody. Let her pay for them.
