There are several candidates that I would prefer over Trump. Scott Walker and Ted Cruz come immediately to mind and are not alone. Nonetheless, it makes no sense to blame Trump for this jackass Cobb. When Reagan was publicly supported by prominent Birchers in a his first California governor’s race, he was grilled by the usual media suspects. Reagan answered: They chose me. I didn’t choose them. It’s a free country. Trump should follow his example or ignore this pipsqueak altogether.
