I’ve seen them do this dance before. The investigators find “systemic” problems. That means it’s evyerbody’s fault, which means it’s nobody’s fault.
If diplomats routinely sent secret material on unsecured email, those same diplomats should routinely be sent to prison. The lives of our military service members are placed at risk every time some metrosexual in lace panties sends classified material using an unsecured email, and I would assume that many died because of the State Department’s sloppiness.
Oh...so we’ll be hearing about those home brew email servers that the others used, right?
