Aren’t about all of the horrific killings during this president’s watch committed by leftists that would be registered Democrats if they voted? I don’t think we’ve had as many shootings duiring any other presidency. Might it be the environment he created with Soro’s help not to mention some previously appeared to almost be pre-planned shootings which is significant with a president who wants to abolish gun ownership? I can’t think of any conservatives types that have gone on shooting rampages.

Sadly, I don't think that would have made a difference here. They were so focused on their live interview that they didn't see the guy until he started shooting. At that point, even the best armed and best trained person is in a world of trouble.

Someone on Fox just said that the cameraman taped the killer being escorted out by the cops when he was fired. That is obviously a good reason for a pole smoker to shoot him.

I've heard that combat cameramen feel immune from what they are seeing through the viewfinder. I wonder if the media tends to expand that to the entire world?

Not a gotcha question. I was a member of the news media for years. I actually knew other reporters that weren’t left wingers.
The dad lets the emotion run over his reasoning (if he is not a lefty in the first place) and will be used as a willing tool to suppress others’ freedom.

Exactly. In my view, “common sense gun control” should require all citizens to be armed. I propose a law that fines any citizen who is robbed or otherwise assaulted, when they are not armed to defend themselves.
It doesn’t have to be much, say an amount like a serious traffic ticket, $500.
And like the Soviets who reportedly charged the criminal’s family for the cost of the bullet, I’d make the fine chargeable to the estate if the unarmed victim is deceased.
Then there would be a lot more “good guys” with guns. Oh, mandatory training could be provided by the local sheriff or obtained at your own expense.
