The Denver City Council has stalled a deal to renew the lease of a Chick-fil-A restaurant at Denver International Airport, citing the company's reputation as an opponent of same-sex marriage.
The Business Development Committee on Tuesday stalled the seven-year deal with a new franchise of the popular chicken chain for two weeks.
"I think the airport also has a question about our reputation," said Robin Kniech, a Denver City Council Member, during Tuesday's meeting. "It has been the corporate philosophy [of Chik-fil-A] to use the dollars they earn to fund discriminatory lawsuits and to fund discriminatory political rhetoric. So that's of concern to the extent that they will be forming profits from operating in our airport."

Uh, isn’t that discrimination? Oh. Sorry. I forgot for a second that all this pc crap is a one way street.
1) It has never been company policy, merely the opinion of an individual.
2) ‘Reputation’ is the usual mobile goalpost for the PC left.
Chick-fil-A’ does not, and has never had, a stance regarding gay marriage.
But the cultural Marxists won’t let facts get in the way of their agenda: The destruction of our culture and institutions.
Id never heard that the company has ever taken any stance AT ALL on gay marriage. The owner of the company has his opinion. But they have never discriminated once as far as I can see.
This is utter fascism. The private political opinions of an individual must be in line with the government before his company can conduct a restaurant business.

The Denver airport has an ‘interfaith chapel’ as well as an Islamic Prayer Hall.

Let’s take a look at who this “council” person speaks for and to. More than 100% chance he is serving a “constituency” as they like to say.
Crass, utter BS. Chick Fil-Et will serve a chicken sandwich to anyone, queer,straight or neuter. What is being trailed here is political payback from this clown’s supporters. And that is where to begin. Just WHO is this clown? Remember that the socialist thugs end up- in a closed end socialist society, being the criminals who run things. Vertically integrated as it were.

I only stop in Denver when passing through (don’t fly) to leave a Barry Soetoro if you will.
I don’t think the company takes a stand on it. The founder and some of the top people have their personal opinions, or is that not allowed.
If denied, I would not want to be the restaurant that leases this space. They are doomed from day one pissing off 40% of the potential customers.
So now it’s against the law in Colorado to believe that marriage is reserved for a man and woman? The homo fascist thought police out front and center in the land of many liberals Colorado.
