That ought to be able to fund a rather comfortable compensation package for Miz McLellan without any additional contribution from either the state taxpayers or student tuition.
There are seven other states bordering the Great Lakes and I'm sure one of them has a university that would be more than willing to welcome Dr. McLellen and her grant money.
