If the whole state flood we would be in trouble but we are about half way up the pretty steep hill and there is a wide open drainage area a few hundred feet south of us. We are in the Sullivan ranch area of Mount Dora two miles south of State Route 46 and about 25 miles North West of Orlando.

This is a somewhat hilly area of Lake county with a bunch of fairly large lakes nearby but we are much higher than them.

It took a while to locate the lot survey but I found it. We are 113 feet above Sea Level where our house is located.

OK, sounds like a nice area and a fairly safe one. I was afraid you were going to say something like 13 feet above sea level lol.
