“Housel said that Fine was undergoing medical treatment.”
Isn’t this always the ploy!

“You are feeling very relaxed. When I count down from 10 and snap my fingers, you will wake up feeling refreshed and with no memory of your trance. You will also have a strong urge to pay your bill. 10...9... 8...”

I thought hypnosis could only ‘work’ if the subject was willing to be hypnotized. If that’s true how can two people come under hypnosis inadvertently?
Or maybe the technology has improved since I last looked.

I studied hypnosis several years ago. I seriously doubt this story. Perhaps they were drugged or bullied. If not, then they had to acquiesce to it.

I agree. Sounds more like rohypnol.

The reporting is incomplete. What was the explicit language?
Asking for a friend.
