A Response to Free Republic Trump Critics
Vanity

Posted on 08/31/2015 12:43:37 AM PDT by Behind the Blue Wall

Why Trump?

1. Illegal immigration is the only issue; if it's not stopped soon, America will become like California -- a demographic one-party state.

2. Politics is about name-recognition and none of the other candidates besides Trump has the name recognition to challenge Jeb Bush or Hillary Clinton.

Therefore, Trump is the only candidate with a chance to win who has promised to do the only thing that matters.

And when Trump does build the wall and have the Mexicans pay for it,I think a lot of people are going to have a party—a whale of a big party—to celebrate “I told you so.”

The rich should pay exactly what the poor pays..

otherwise it’s Federally mandated Affirmative Action..
Progressive tax is progressive.. by progressives which are regressive’s..

The result being EXPANDED Federal Givernment..
Which democrats and RINOS love, republicans HATE..

And just what “business credentials” do you possess. What do you know about building, developing, negotiating, sealing the deal, or convincing people to buy what you are offering?
You cannot possibly have any qualified opinion of Trump’s capabilities unless you appreciate what he can and will accomplish through your own accomplishment.

Actually, the poor probably do pay as much as do the rich.

Jesus made the point that the ‘rich gave out of their plenty’ but that the widow ‘out of her poverty gave.’

That is a standard that accounts for excess after expenses.

If I have household expenses of 15,000 and an income of 15000, then even $1 is 100% of my overage.

If I have household expenses of a million and an income of 20 million, then 6 million in tax is only a fraction of my overage.

You sound like the idiots seven years ago saying that Obama was just going to take the money out of his "stash."

Keep in mind you have A LOT of things building up to your party:

1. He still needs to get nominated. Eight years ago at this time, Rudy was the clear leader.
2. He has to win the election.
3. Congress needs to approve and fund the wall.
4. He has to figure out how to get Mexico to pay for the wall. American corporations are that import from Mexico are going to fight tariffs and this will be a long fight.
5. The wall has to actually get completed.

Just curious Molly, do you share Ann Coulter's feeling that abortions in the White House are fine as long as immigration is dealt with?

I don’t. As a businessman he is a crony capitalist who admits to using eminent domain and paying off politicians for favors.

I don’t respect that all

If Trump is anything he is a salesman. And he has sold himself to so many with the line about the wall and making America great again. We'd all like to see these things come true, But if and when you take an honest look at who is saying it you realize Trump is a liberal. Why would anyone believe what a liberal has to say while on the campaign trail trying to get the conservative vote? It just makes no sense.

I am a conservative. And as such, I have no reason to trust or believe a liberal, any liberal. It is sad that so many do.

The judging of right from wrong should be with regard to your own personal conduct. Running around screaming about a person you have singled out to be judged from the thousands of possibilities available is an obvious and decadent way of condemning someone for your own personal objectives. Judge not that ye be not judged! Or one might say, be concerned with the stick in your own eye rather than the splinter in someone else’s.

Shhh...it's not fair to remind people that getting Congress to approve something and actually doing it are two very different things.

When is the last time you saw a "conservative" candidate selling pom poms on his website? It wouldn't surprise me one bit if many of these people have purchased them.
