But Miles' mother has claimed her 30-year-old son cannot have carried out the killing because they were out on a shopping trip together when the shooting unfolded.
She is quoted by KPRC as saying: 'We got back, we couldn't get on our street. So after we couldn't get on our street, when we came back, the back way to our house and then that's when we (were) faced with SWAT and dogs and cops and guns and they handcuffed him.'

He's had multiple arrests in the past. At least one with disorderly conduct with a weapon. Only did short jail terms...days mostly.

If he gets convicted he’ll last two weeks in the slammer.I've read comments on fb from a friend who knows someone that works at the HCSO jail, and they said that among the inmates, he is a celebrity. Some are getting his autograph. Makes my blood boil.

Very good point, one used by Rush last week when he punched holes in Biden`s sons excuse about his Ashely Madison account, as the records showed the account was set up via smart phone from the guy`s office at the university he worked at, LOL!!
