Trump’s fighting spirit in taking on the illegal immigration issue, promising to build a wall, and then not backing down in the face of media attacks, won over many Conservatives.
If he goes soft, he’ll look like a RINO, anger everyone who thought he was strong, especially Conservatives, and lose the election.
Well, I do like the fact that Trump fights back. It’s refreshing. But Cruz does too.
