Hacker Claims to Have Trove of Hillary Clinton’s Unreleased Private Emails
THE BLAZE ^ | 3 Sep 15 | Jason Howerton

A self-proclaimed hacker is looking to see an unreleased trove of Hillary Clinton’s private emails for $500,000, according to RadarOnline.

The anonymous “computer specialist” claims to be in possession of 32,000 emails from Clinton’s private server that were retrieved because, according to the site’s source, “Hillary or someone from her camp erased the outbox containing her emails, but forgot to erase the emails that were in her sent box.”

Clinton’s attorneys recently admitted the former secretary of state had her hard drive wiped clean before turning it over to the FBI. Accordingly, the claim that she merely forgot to delete sent emails should be taken with a healthy dose of skepticism.

Purchasing and receiving them, without clearance, is a felony. You can’t have stuff you are not cleared for, and this is a case of that.

Book her, Danno.

I suppose she could buy them. The problem for her is that another buyer would not care so much if they became public after the purchase and would only be willing to pay once> Hillary on the other hand would have to pay over and over again for them to remain private.

Actually I though this would happen long before now.

Sounds screwy. My outbox is empty, since it automatically empties once my emails go to my sent box.

Yeah. It would be more plausible if the claim was that HRC's people had wiped the sent folder but failed to really delete the copies from the outbox that were "deleted" only in the sense of having a pointer to their location deleted.

Unless you actually go to the trouble of setting up a secure deletion protocol (easy on Macs, I don't know how one would do it on a Windows or Unix machine), "deleting" only deletes the pointers or path to the storage. The data is still there, there's just no way within the confines of the operating system to access it. In a sensibly programmed e-mail system there wouldn't be a copy in the outbox that's deleted after making a copy in the sent folder, there would just be a change in the path to the item, so securely deleting the sent folder would have gotten rid of everything. Of course, who says Outlook (or whatever else HRC was using) was sensibly programmed?

could make the whole scandal of no effect...

There's the OUT for hill... might use of some of her foundation cash, but just pay 100 "hackers" to release her e-mails. It's like when Nixon presented a 5 foot high stack of transcripts, thinking nobody could go thru them. The Flooding maneuver.

Furthermore, I’ve heard nothing about hard drive serial numbers. The “wiping” operation was probably a swap in of a new drive for the old, that’s long time now found its way to a hard drive shredding.

I figured it would happen the week before or after the election. But she will be a crispy critter by then.

First, these would be worth more than $500k. I have five personal friends who would donate that amount just to have a look at ‘em.

What if we pay $5k for a sample?

You’ve hit the real problem on the head when you use the phrase “...we are ruled...”. We have allowed those who were elected to REPRESENT us to rule over us. It’s past the time for the torches and pitchforks to be applied to both parties.

I’m skeptical.

If this was a legitimate claim, he wouldn’t be alive now.

I’d think that legally, they’re worthless. No way to verify authenticity or chain of custody.

If you mean Larry Klayman, he hasn’t been with Judicial Watch for quite awhile. Judicial Watch and Tom Litton has done the work that the Congress should have been doing.

Yeah. I can believe Hillary would not delete her “Sent” email folder. 8<)

But why would her minions be as stupid as she is?

Who cares if they’re “legal” or traceable”? Today’s repubbies and Obola’s DOJ and FBI and Congress are NOT going to do anything.
