Is there a tax during election cycles that give a percentage to the candidate(s) using the poll percentages as a rule ?

There SHOULD be

If Trump polls 30% by CNN's published accounts, Trump should get a 30% cut of the increase

Make the cut-off point be 10% or something

So if you have 3 major candidates polling 30%, 20% and 10%, CNN pays out 60% of the profit from the INCREASED rate
