A judge in her county volunteered to do this, and probably is issuing both kinds at this point.
She is not sitting on a monopoly commodity.
Evil sometimes needs to be allowed to reach its turgid maximum before it is pierced and slain.

Neither the Kentucky legislature nor the electorate voted to allow Homomarriage. It was judicial diktat. The Homo couple could just go to another country clerk, but they are insisting on making an example of this brave woman and the U.S. Marshals are being their willing tool.
