I think she should live with the law of the land which unfortunately the SCROTUS got WRONG. SCOTUS decided to invalidate the existing KY marriage laws because they say man & woman. The laws have NOT been replaced.
The county clerk, in absence of actual written and approved law, has no authority to issue any marriage license.
Ergo, she is the only clerk in KY actually following the law.
