So, what is Congress waiting for in the case of Lerner and Holder?

Why is enforcement for Kim Davis done so quickly but enforcement for Lerner and Holder being delayed ( and even forgotten )?

Where’s the justice there?

You would have to ask them.

Because the judge could order her jailed. No need for an indictment or trial. Congress can't do that.
