You are taking a warped take on that verse anyhow, to support your eisegesis. That was a warning to the Hebrews not to give up on Jesus, because if they did, they would only get in hotter and hotter water with the Lord (until they got it right).

"If we go on sinning after we have learned the truth, no sacrifice can take away our sins." The readers can decide on your interpretation for themselves.

You know everybody sins, what is your excuse for doing business with anyone?

In many cases, it's simply unavoidable in this fallen world. That doesn't mean I have to support planned parenthood and HRC.org if I have alternatives.

Wow, finally the judgmentalism comes out! Thanks for confessing it by your acts!

What, that I forgive and have been forgiven? What does that have to do with helping to fund organizations that kill babies and push children into thinking they're members of the opposite sex? Nothing.

I work at a firm which is extremely conservative.

I'm actually glad to hear that.

I certainly appeal to the reader to read the whole book of Hebrews, not a cherry picked phrase that seems to make you feel good about boycotting.

Nobody is FORCING you to personally do it, but when you spread it around, then your responsibility goes to a whole new level. You are presuming to think for those other people. That is quite a perversion of the actual biblical urging to “give a reason for the HOPE that is in you.”

And the judgmentalism I mean is the EVIL suspicion on your part that I somehow have a financial vested interest here!
