I wouldn't bet on it, though I'd like to believe that. Most of those fighting ISIS (or any other radical Moslems, for that matter) who are themselves Moslem, tend to be nothing more or less than a competing force...which is to say, the same level of ideologue/butcher, just less successful. They are, however, smart enough to tell us Westerners that they opposed or fought whatever group of the day that we Westerners are the most concerned about.
Let's let time tell on this particular guy, but I'm not holding my breath waiting for a Moslem version of Jefferson or Madison.
