Donald Trump latest's close-up is coming from the unlikeliest of magazines: Rolling Stone.
The magazine, well known for its progressive bent, interviewed and photographed Trump for its September 24 cover.
The article's most-talked-about passage on Wednesday was a Trump comment about rival Republican 2016 candidate Carly Fiorina.
Writer Paul Solotaroff was sitting with Trump watching a newscast when a video clip zoomed in on Fiorina.
"Look at that face! Would anyone vote for that?" Trump said to Solotaroff. "Can you imagine that, the face of our next president.
Trump added, "I mean, she's a woman, and I'm not s'posedta say bad things, but really, folks, come on. Are we serious?"

Why do I care about the “race”?
Just because you or I wont change our minds on whether to vote for Trump based on his weekly insulting of women, there are PLENTY who will, whether you LIKE it or NOT.
I can’t even believe what I’m arguing. That it’s not a good idea to insult women? Should be self evident.
Defending a man trying to sabotage his own success does him no favors. Every week even he says he needs to tone it down then doesn’t.
There is NO NEED for it in order for him to win.

I don’t know if it’s true or not, but if true, it was stupid on his part. Why in the world would he let Rolling Stone follow him around for 10 days. That’s poor judgement on his part. Since I can’t stand most of the candidates, if he said it I hope he apologizes to Carly. I don’t like her, but he doesn’t need to be stooping to the level of personal appearance attacks.
While that is true, he should attack her on her policies - not her looks - if any of this is even true.
Sooo may real things to criticize Carly on.

Probably so.
He has had to spend almost nothing on his campaign because he gets millions in free publicity by simply dropping a mean tweet for the media to go wild over.
