"Combustion of available fossil fuel resources sufficient to eliminate the Antarctic Ice Sheet. Oh no! Just terrible! What will happen to all the penguins who live there in sub freezing temperatures?

Coastal cities were supposed to already be under water by now.
Those goalposts just keep:
Movin’ movin’ movin’, keep them goalposts movin’, keep them goalposts movin’, B.S.!
Through all kinds of weather
They’ll all lie together
Headed for the end of the trail.

We know the planet has undergone periods of warming and cooling. As this happens private and public resources will need to be spent adapting to it. This may not happen for hundreds or thousands of years. By that time man will have better advanced technology in which to adapt to the change.
Instead the Left wishes to squander precious resources now fighting CO2 which is good for the planet and will have almost no impact on any climate change.

All of Antarctica Might Melt, Drowning Major Cities (Gasp!!!) According to predictions from Algore, we're already under water, so what's a little more?

I didn’t know there were any major cities in Antarctica. Who will take in the Antarctican refugees?

"I just hope the water doesnt get that far."I assure you that it wont. Take a look at this prediction generated by my latest climate simulation.
The annotations may not make sense to you because it is in a highly scientific shorthand I learned from the Myconids of Beta Brahe but, what it shows should be clear. When the water levels get high enough the hollow earth will drink in all the excess through the North Pole. After swirling around within the bowels of the earth and balancing our cosmic humors, it is excreted through the opening in Antarctica.
Simple really...

Yes, simple, just like you said! (This is why I sooo love freerepublic.com. The comments are often way better and far more entertaining than the articles!)

Isn’t that where that global warming exploration ship got stuck in the ice and had to be rescued?
