If the flip side was that the school had to refund 100% of money spent by the male student at the school when they expel without due process, you can bet that the colleges would be screaming to the rafters over the idea.

“Well Rep Polis if ten Representatives are accused of corruption and fraud it seems reasonable that at least 2 or 3 are guilty some lets just kick all 10 out of Congress to be on the safe side..........”

They’re all a bunch of crooks... will that get us new elections next week?

Yeah, now instead of candle light processions, it’s pitchforks and torches.

No one is saying that rape doesn't happen. But when "sexual assault" is defined as an unwanted hug, some standard of prosecution should apply. Common Sense fled the campus years ago.

If someone is to be expelled over an offense, it should be enough to remand them to the police, and the evidence should be sufficient for prosecution.

If the college behavioural review boards want to take jurisdiction (doubtless to keep the alumnae money rolling in and avoid 'embarassment'), they should have standards approaching or equal to the standard of beyond reasonable doubt for conviction.

How about if men (that includes college boys) take time to actually watch over women and defend them and none of this crap would get traction.

In return, should women defend men who are assaulted by other women?

Just try using this same logic on a Lib when it comes to capital punishment. Ok to execute 8 innocent guys if it means executing two that actually deserve it.

And, thanks to “the Internet being forever” someone falsely accused of rape and successfully expelled under “it’s the seriousness of the charge, not the evidence” standard is going to spend the rest of their lives having to explain it.

See the other thread about the sex robots. Guy’s are already checking out of the whole dating/marriage thing in droves due to the risks involved. It’s pretty obvious what’s going to happen when a good female facsimile ala Stepford Wives hits the market.
