Blood on your hands Obama! You are an accessory to the crime! You encouraged, supported and instigated this assault on police. Blood on your weaselly little hands!

There’s a difference between justice and Justus.

Interesting that the most violent blacks are usually the “high yellows”.

Never confuse the means of justice with the ends. A system of justice is reliant on three things: that justice is administered by a disinterested third party that is more powerful than either side of the argument; that all offenses are against the common law; and that all parties are treated the same before the law.

If justice is not disinterested, as with the current Just Us Department, the system fails. If the offenses are not proscribed, but just offend the feelings, sensibilities, or are otherwise subjective (see “hate crimes”), the system fails. And if there is unequal treatment before the law, the system fails.

In the case of the Obama administration, the moral of the Aesop fable is correct: that “a tyrant needs no excuse”. However an axiom to that is that “tyrants always use excuses anyway.”

Obama could be as tyrannical as he wanted to be, yet is too timid to take advantage of it. Right now, were he to have sufficient henchmen, he could order thousands of his political enemies murdered. By private firing squads, or the Nazi or Soviet preferred method of bullets in heads in basements.

But as guns can be used to oppress, they can also be used to redeem, and fight back against Obama’s minions. Something they would consider intolerable, and “not fair” (and probably would call “racist”). But this would not be the fault of the guns involved.

In the final analysis, the individual states should be encouraged to have the possibility of firing squads in their laws, as they are inexpensive, efficient, and quite difficult to appeal. Doing so would help to expedite the execution of many savage multiple murderers. Definitely a major benefit to society.

While not the inner-city confrontation, he brought the inner-city attitude with him to the stop. He thought he was going to go to jail, didn’t want to do that, so he shot the cop and ran. I doubt he put any more thought into it than that, because he’s probably not capable of any thinking at a higher level than the animal he is.

Occam’s Razor: the simplest answer is usually the right one.

Let’s get it right ok,

“Pigs in a blanket, fry ‘em like bacon”

was the actual chant. Nobody actually said “kill a cop”. Unfortunately. That might have resulted in some arrests and possible accomplice charges in this case. Maybe.

An anonymous 911 caller in Las Vegas did make definite threats, but the black lives matter protesters did not specifically say anything about killing cops. They alluded to it, but did not specifically make any death threats.

America’s Legal Order Begins to Fray

Amid the escalation of violent crime are signs of a breakdown of basic respect for law enforcement.

After two decades of the most remarkable crime drop in U.S. history, law enforcement has come to this: “I’m deliberately not getting involved in things I would have in the 1990s and 2000s,” an emergency-services officer in New York City tells me. “I won’t get out of my car for a reasonable-suspicion stop; I will if there’s a violent felony committed in my presence.”

A virulent antipolice campaign over the past year—initially fueled by a since-discredited narrative about a police shooting in Ferguson, Mo.—has made police officers reluctant to do their jobs. The Black Lives Matter movement proclaims that the police are a lethal threat to blacks and that the criminal-justice system is pervaded by racial bias. The media amplify that message on an almost daily basis. Officers now worry about becoming the latest racist cop of the week, losing their job or being indicted if a good-faith encounter with a suspect goes awry or is merely distorted by an incomplete cellphone video.

With police so discouraged, violent crime has surged in at least 35 American cities this year. The alarming murder increase prompted an emergency meeting of the Major Cities Chiefs Association last month. Homicides were up 76% in Milwaukee, 60% in St. Louis, and 56% in Baltimore through mid-August, compared with the same period in 2014; murder was up 47% in Minneapolis and 36% in Houston through mid-July.

Maybe President Trump will appoint Rudy Giuliani as our next AG. That might fix things.
