IIRC, there were comments made about how when she got canned at HP, people were dancing in the hallways in relief that Carly was sent packing. She nearly destroyed HP - and, unlike Trump, who used the bankruptcy laws to REORGANIZE dying companies into something successful - and had the sense to know when it was time to pull the plug, FioRINO got tossed out on her ass by her own board members, who had had enough of her snotty Hegelian dialectic B.S.

Note in her response to the Planned Barren-hood videos, she used the term “fetus” - not baby. I know that “fetus” is Latin for baby ... BUT, in today’s culture, it is the predominant term used to imply a denial of the unborn child’s humanity, thus rendering the baby as nothing more than a lump of tissue to be harvested ...

It is ironic that, in her oh-so-passionate display against PP’s savagery, Carly Fiorina should use the very term PP uses to rationalize their barbaric practices. Her “pro-life” smokescreen failed the moment she used that term. How many pro-lifers do you know who use “fetus” rather than “baby” or “unborn child”? I have yet to ever meet one. In fact they all - almost to the last - will specifically NOT use the term “fetus” when speaking or writing on the subject of abortion.

How did he get it right? Who cares about her appearance. Ideally, a president goes beyond the most superficial subjects. If Trump were president, is TMZ going to be the spokesperson? Or Perez Hilton? Apparently, there are more important issues in the world than celebrity gossip.

If Trump spent the rest of the time with Rolling Stone talking about the finer points of the actions of the Federal Reserve or strategic initiatives in the Far East, calling Fiorina ugly would still be the story.

Carly's face was put into the debate, and Trump had to address it, and make her face, not his attitude towards her face, THE story.

The media are going to make it that way, and because we elect a president who is the (I beg pardon) face of the country, these things are going to get play whether we like it or not. Heck, it's why Abe Lincoln grew his beard.
