If the various agencies have the will to act on what they know better than we in the public do of the laws and lies perpetrated by and under Obama’s administration, there will be some new ground covered.
First: the justice department is thoroughly compromised and will protect their boss and use their power to destroy anyone who challenges the executive, as they showed immediately when Georgia Congressman Nathan Deal asked for written affirmation of Obama’s eligibility the White House deployed the IRS to threaten Deal. The IRS dug through almost a decade of approved income tax returns with which to threaten and potentially bankrupt Deal, who resigned, and is now Georgia’s governor. No Congressman dared ask after that.
Second: the election system in the U.S. is a joke, with no audit trail whatsoever. There is no way to verify votes or vote counts, unlike Mexico, Germany, or Israel, and probably other countries who use paper and identify who is voting. It is unlikely anyone can prove election fraud because our elections have no verifiable audit trails.
Third: Obama is not a natural born citizen, has never claimed to be one, but has stayed in office with the approbation of both political parties. As such impeachment law does not apply to him. Removing him will amount to a struggle between the legal entities whose allegiance is to an ineligible Chief Executive. What they will or can do is an interesting question that falls outside the guidelines provided by the Constitution. The Senate failed in its duty to affirm his eligibility, a failure illuminated by Senate Resolution 511, which every senator signed in April of 2008, in which the testimony to which they agreed included Judge Michael Cheroff’s comment: “Chertoff: My assumption and my understanding is that if you are born of American parents, you are naturally a natural-born American citizen,” “That is mine, too,” said Leahy.”
We live in a nation run by people who have found it profitable to ignore our foundation of laws, and in particular, our Constitution. Without laws how do impose justice? Unfortunately, the usual paths lead through tyranny and violence. Just as we have guaranteed 150 billion dollars to Iran, whose Supreme Leader has had the integrity to promise to use the money to destroy Israel and the U.S., we have ignored the current White House resident who told us he didn’t respect our Constitution, and who never once claimed to be a natural born citizen. Obama told us on his own web site that he was born a British Subject, and that he was naturalized by the 14th Amendment because his mother was a citizen. Enemies of the Constitution have created clever propaganda and coined the term “Birther”, which has nothing to do with constitutional interpretation, knowing that most people have little knowledge of the Constitution or its framers and history. They respond to the implied ridicule of the label because they know they don’t really understand our founding principles. It is easier to accept that there is substance to the term than to learn whether the there is substance to the charge of illegitimacy.
Obama told us who he was, and hinted at what he would do. Dictators often have the luxury of honesty. Erdogan told us there is no such thing a radical Islam, only Islam, a political and religious system based upon subjugation - Jihad. Khamenei, Iran’s Supreme Leader told us, after Obama announced his secret plans to reward and strengthen Iran’s economy and military potential, and promised that the U.S. would not be allowed to inspect his nuclear facilities, that after he destroyed Israel, Iran would destroy the U.S. Obama too was honest. He said he was a “Global Citizen”, not a natural born citizen, and has proceeded to rule, with many accomplices, by fiat.
The Constitution doesn’t supply the remedy of impeachment because, not being a natural born citizen, besides being 14 years resident, 35 years of age, natural born citizenship is our definition of who can be president - Born on our soil to parents who were its citizens. Legally, if that were to matter, Obama is not president. Only an amendment can change that, and amendments to Article II Section 1 Clause 5 have been attempted some 27 times, more if we count the Obama-McCaskill Senate Bill, 2678, February 2008, the “Foreign Born Children of Military Citizens Natural Born Citizen Act”, which failed to pass out of the Democrat Senate.

Congress and the Senate shield and protect Obama, they HAVE TO, in order to shield and protect themselves
Not only that, but Bush was vindicated after the Syrian war began. All Hussien’s chemical weapons were not exposed and could be picked off by just about anybody. Even Obama has to know how sinister that would be.
He should be in criminal court. Congress will not do its duty. A lot of bad precedents have been set in this administration.
