The television broadcaster Südwest Rundfunk (SWR) has reported a user of its Facebook page to state prosecutors for writing a racist commentary on the refugee crisis.
The person had commented on an post about refugees on ARD-Weltspiegel's Facebook page with the words "dirty cattle, if I only had 24 hours and a sharp knife..."
The user's profile picture also contained a text which read "Arabs aren't human. Death to the donkey XXXXXXX, the state-owned broadcaster alleged in a statement released on Friday.
State prosecutors in Stuttgart have now begun an investigation into a case of possible incitement to hatred, which falls under criminal code 130 of the federal law and carries a maximum sentence of five years in jail.
No room for reason and facts in this world.
I hate people like that.
The writer was incorrect, according to extensive gun camera footage from US IFVs, it’s goats not donkeys.
Why is the donkey getting blamed?
“hate speech” - give it a rest. whaaa whaa whaaa. You don’t like it? Tough.
It a Muslim had posted the exact same words about a Jew it wouldn’t have even been noticed.
.
The Thought Police are everywhere. That is why I try to take the ‘Loose lips sink ships’ warning seriously and be careful not to always say what I am really thinking.
I can understand why this is considered hate speech. Several donkeys had their feelings hurt.
The more accurate term is "goat-" or "camel-xxxxxxxx's."
Isn’t “A running man can slit a thousand throats in one night” an Arab saying? I think it is...
Then you’ve only admitted that you live under tyranny.
In an age of universal deceit, telling the truth is a revolutionary act.
Hate speech by victim groups is never prosecuted.
I think we should all go to Südwest Rundfunk’s Facebook page and write what we think of invading Muslims.
No I think it’s Klingon. Arabs aren’t that great at war-fighting in general & worse at Special operations.
