On September 17, the Bisbane Times published a video interview with Richard Dean Andersonstar of the hit 1980s show MacGyverin which Anderson talked about how he is not proud of the USA when it comes to the countrys gun culture.
He also criticized the despicable attitudes he sees in the NRA.
Anderson told the Bisbane Times, [There is] too much injury and death happening, especially in the states, Im not so proud of that aspect of my country.
Ironically, the day before this video interview was posted, Breitbart News reported that Panama plans to loosen gun restrictions because of the way crime plummeted in the U.S. once gun restrictions began to be loosened in the late 1980s.

LOL!
He may want to worry more about his LDL than guns.
hahahha!
LOL, whoa!
WGAS.
The job of an actor is to pretend to be something he’s not....he was good at it.
Was a hottie who chubbed right up as soon as he retired.
THAT is MacGuiver..????!
As they used to say on SCTV, “he blowed up real good.”
He looks like he’s melting.
We’re going to need a bigger shopping cart.
MacGrovel: Take my gun, please!
HE WAS NEVER MacGyver... he was an airhead actor playing a role.
Who cares what he thinks?
About anything?
Ahoy matey, tar she blows.....
LOL
He should move his pansy ass to Botswana. See how he fends for himself there...
what is the difference between MacGyver and Bruce Jenner?
one has the bigger man boobs, not sure which one.
What I remember of the Macgyver show was that it was boring, pretentious, and preachy - at a time when none of those attributes were attractive in the least. But television in that era was boring, pretentious, and preachy. All of the originality had been expressed and they were already well into the derivative remakes and spin-offs.
There was a funny (not ha-ha funny) dichotomy where Hollyweird felt compelled to eschew violence - while at the time spitting out violence by the bucket-load. So here came a bunch of shows where “super-heroes” did the impossible all the while scoffing at the idea of lowering themselves to using the tools of the trade - firearms.
Macgyver and the A-team were among the most insipid. Cartoonish and unbelievable.
However, they did me a tremendous service and one for which I’ll be eternally grateful. They served to burst the bubble and break my “suspension of disbelief” that lured me into accepting their BS at face value. I know some who, once the bubble is burst refuse to ever sit down to an event put on by one of these kartoon klowns like RDA (One of my brothers is stridently against watching anything that has Tom Cruise or Liam Neeson in it). I’m not afraid of the lefty boogieman but I am selective about where I spend my dollars.
Anderson is welcome to his hypocrisy - it looks like it has fed him well over the years.
Is he still enormous? I mean he just put in the poundage once the camerawork dried up.
This from a guy who spent years on a series where he was shooting all kinds of guns at everything. Stargate bs.
