I once called a high school principal and told him his flag needed replacing. It was so tattered, parts of it were on the ground.

This principal was so stupid he asked me where he could get a flag. He asked if he had to go to Congress for one.

I simply said “Walmart.”

Nice idea Gov. Scott. Perhaps some basic civics would be good too.
